Addressing Service Gaps

Peer Support

Peer Supporters are an integral part of our Treatment Team. This is the authentic mentor for developing one’s own recovery plan. Peer Supporters help our clients develop a recovery plan, mapping out strategies to stay clean. Individuals engaged in peer services play a vital role in laying the foundation for sustained recovery. Through lived experience, they encourage, inspire, and empower others to set recovery goals and achieve them.

Individualized Care

As with any chronic illness or disease, there are multiple pathways to treatment and recovery. At Hope Village, we offer person-centered care. We support all paths to recovery and offer a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

Referrals and additional treatment recommendations for any treatment, including Medication Assisted Treatment, will be based on client needs and will be developed collaboratively with clients. Those that include services we don’t offer are welcome to remain in our care.

Transportation Services

This is a critical service that many need early in recovery. We help clients address this need with public and insurance options. If those options don’t apply, we have some resources to help with rides to group (only available if approved, by application, through Hope Village).
