COVID-19 outbreak has impacted our way of life!

We have shifted our entire agency to balance client safety and engagement. It is critical now, more than ever that behavioral health agencies continue to serve our population.

To minimize exposure to the coronavirus, our staff and clients will be providing all services remotely via telephone and video options based on available technology. Our staff will be working remotely from their homes in a safe and confidential space that has been individually assessed and approved by our leadership team, OAC, and Medicaid Standards. For the safety of our clients, staff, and community, the Hope Village office will be closed to clients during this public health crisis but our main phone # is still being answered/monitored. We will notify you once we return to normal (on-site) operations.

Our goal is to maintain current client schedules. We will provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, group, and case management services via telephone/video conferencing. Should access to video technology be unavailable to the client, we will offer telephone sessions as an alternative.
